  1. 1-Year Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and durability of our mirrors. All our mirrors come with a 1-year guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. If you experience any defects or issues with your mirror within this period, we will gladly repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper handling or accidents.

  1. Made-to-Order Custom Sizes

At our Mirror Museum, we offer the flexibility to customize the size of your mirror to suit your specific requirements. Since these mirrors are made-to-order and personalized, they are non-refundable once the production process has begun. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully and confirm all specifications before placing it.

  1. Free Delivery and Installation

We provide free delivery and professional installation services for all our mirrors. Our team will ensure that your mirror is securely installed in your desired location within 7 days from the receipt of your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to complete the installation within this timeframe, we will inform you promptly and make alternative arrangements. Please note that the delivery and installation services are non-refundable once they have been completed.

  1. Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. In such cases, the following conditions apply:

4.1. Refund Window: You may request a refund within 48 hours from the date of delivery. After this period, we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase.

4.2. Product Condition: The mirror must be in its original condition, undamaged, and securely packed in its original packaging for the refund to be eligible.

4.3. Return Authorization: Before returning the mirror, you must contact our Customer Support team at info@mirrormuseum.ae or +971 50 897 0202 to initiate the refund process. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

4.4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect mirror. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a proof of shipment.

  1. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned mirror and confirm that it meets the refund eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 4, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:

5.1. Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5.2. Non-Refundable Charges: The original delivery and installation charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect in the mirror.
